Hey, I’m Sonya.
I help business owners create more time for the work, and life, that matters.
My passion for organization, learning, and helping others inspired me to launch Sonya Jay Solutions in January 2025. My hope is that by alleviating even the slightest bit of stress for someone, they can achieve the work life balance they deserve.
Aside from working my business, I live in the Northern Nevada mountains with my husband, son, and two overly affectionate dogs. I love math, office supplies, and using creative outlets to decompress from the daily grind.
