Once you sign your contract and pay the initial invoice, I’ll send a Welcome Aboard package with important information, a way to provide logins, and schedule a Kick-Off Call so we can hit the ground running within a few days.

I typically work in Google Workspace, QuickBooks, Slack, Moxie, and a few other admin tools. I can also integrate with the systems you already use!

No, hours don’t roll over from month to month, but I do keep an eye on usage and will let you know if we need to adjust up or down to match your actual workload.
